I just found out my father is having multiple affairs with women online. He has dementia, so I feel like I’m not allowed to be angry with him, but my mother does everything for this man, and he returns the favour like this. I hate him so much. I don’t know if telling my mother will help anything. It might just make things worse. I can’t tell anyone I know in real life about it, and I really, really want to cry.
