I hate it when people blast music outside

I hate it when someone is blasting music that i don’t want to hear…like hip hop. Some guys just think it’s cool to have their speakers on full blast making the building shake and making a bunch of bumping noise. It makes me want to punch them in the face and yell “turn that sh!t down”!
