so I have Tik Tok and I saw a video of a guy bullying a 10 year old girl because she was a charli fan but i don't know if I should feel bad or not because a lot of people who comment on the guys video said she is a kid and to leave her alone but they don't know that she cust and did more bad things so now I don't if i should feel bad for the kid or not.
