My manager at red bull was the shittiest person ever.
She was and somehow still is the CCS in Charlotte NC.
EVERYONE on my team hated her, everyone on previous teams hated her.
Everyone who has ever worked for her hated her.
We loved our Jobs!
We all so desperately wanted to stay with Red Bull and grow with the company yet Meghan was the most horrible person any of us had ever worked for.
We reported her for treating us so poorly, yet Red Bull HR did nothing about it.
She said after graduation, she'd help us look for and apply for other positions in Red Bull.
What she really meant was she would only do that if you were her favorite employee.
Everyone else can go fuck themselves, they don't deserve to have a future in Red Bull.
She was your typical sorority girl who took advantage of her position and kept us under her thumb.
She made so many of our team members cry.
She made up rules that weren't Red Bull sanctioned and threatened our jobs if we didn't follow them.
She stalked her employees while they were out on the field to see if they were following her rules exactly.
Every time she showed up, the teammates stomachs would drop.
We would get so nauseous with anxiety around her.
Not because we ever did anything wrong, but because she always found SOMETHING to say we were doing wrong.
She got drunk at so many, if not all, work-sanctioned events, but then wrote others up for drinking during those same events.
She clearly played favorites and went out of her way to hire any and everybody involved in Greek life and treated them way better than the others not involved.
She tried to create her own posse but everyone still hated her. She was racist.
Anyone who wasn't a white frat boy or sororiity girl was treated like shit.
She used the Wings Team budget, OUR team budget, to buy herself whatever clothes or merchandise she wanted.
And later said we didnt have enough money to have normal dinners at meetings or water to hydrate us in the office.
Being in charge of college students means being sympathetic when they are struggling, putting school first, being flexible, etc.
But she overworked everyone until they were wrought with depression and anxiety.
Got a huge test coming up and need time to study? You're SOL, you still have to make your shift.
Oh, but have a party at your frat that you just HAVE to be at?
OF COURSE YOU CAN SKIP WORK FOR IT, CAN MEGHAN COME AND GET WASTED WIITH YOU?
Truly a disgusting human being.
The type who smiles in your face then beats you into exhaustion with 39 hour work weeks when you're a full-time student.
She doesn't care about your school schedule.
All she cares about is getting as many Red Bull cans out as possible to make herself look good.
