I’ve added silicone rings to maintain their size for a longer period of time for nipple-play, and use either saliva, lip-balm, or even pre-cum as a lubricant.
I’ve even added the use of clothespins and homemade clamps, and they all work fine during play. When I’m done playing, they return to a normal size that goes mostly unnoticed without a shirt.
My wife has only made one comment about my previously inverted nipple not being one anymore. I just told her it probably comes with age (over sixty now). I still continue adding ideas to my play, and have even kept them enlarged and sensitive while others are around, while they are covered under a large shirt or coat, and no one has noticed them.
