I am amazed at my life right now.
I bought a house about four years ago needing quite a bit of repair, it is how I have been making money on the side, by a house and fix it up then sell and find another one. My neighbor behind me is a seventy two year old widow, been retired since her fifties and her husband passed away like ten years ago.
