in my own opinion, definitely not !,some people think they're ugly just because of their wrong way of judging their selves.. remember "confidence makes you beautiful" :)

Suggestions?
What could I do with it to make me look more feminine, perhaps curl it or something... Im really open to suggestions here so feel free to be as critical as you like... Any make up tips or anything. I was thinking of making my eyes darker.
