I don't understand lusting. No man can help but lust when he sees a nice ass or a nice set of tits. It should only be considered a sin if a man acts out in lust in an evil way raping molesting ect. Well, you see a hot girl, and you look away immediately, that's ok. But you stare and start undressing her in your mind, that's not ok. That is when it is considered lusting. So, lower your gaze. And look away.
